    "A Very Funny Man"

    David Walliams

Josh began performing stand-up toward the end of 2017. Within his first few months he won the infamous King Gong at The Comedy Store, was shortlisted for the BBC New Comedy Award and reached the finals of Amused Moose New Comic 2018 (previous finalists include Jimmy Carr and Rhod Gilbert)

2018 also saw Josh and fellow comic Louise Atkinson perform their split-bill show ‘Working Classy’ to a full house at the Edinburgh fringe. He rounded off the year by winning Get-Up Stand-Up New Comedian of the Year 2018.

Josh took his own show ‘Boy’ to Edinburgh the following year. The show was a look at lad culture and was performed to a packed-out theatre space in the St. Augustines church, receiving glowing feedback.

In 2019 he came runner-up for Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year, he was shortlisted for Petfringe’s Comedian of The Year and he reached the semi-finals of Britains Got Talent.

Josh is now gigging at the country's top clubs and developing his debut hour.
